The posters “Dëst ass een Antigaspi-Event” (This is an Antigaspi-Event), provided by the Ministry of Agriculture, inform the public that the organizer is taking special measures to combat food waste.

Public events have great potential for combatting food waste. With this in mind, the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Viticulture has drawn up an “Antigaspi” Charter for events at which foodstuffs are offered to the public. The Charter sets out a series of measures for combatting food waste. Of these 15 mesures, 9 are mandatory and must be implemented by the organizer in order to use the Ministry’s Antigaspi “Event” logo. The compliance with the general hygiene rules is mandatory.
