Ingredients:
- 150 g flour
- a pinch of salt
- 75 g cold butter
- 3 cl cold water (about 2 tablespoons)
- 150 g fried minced meat or cooked meat
- 150 g vegetables (diced)
- 1 egg
Anti-waste tips:
- Use leftover cooked meat
- Use leftover fried minced meat
- Use leftover vegetables
- Can be used past the best-before date: flour (look, smell and taste)
Preparation:
Mix the flour, salt and butter, then knead with the water until you get a shortcrust pastry (you can also use puff pastry instead). Combine the vegetables with the meat and the egg. Roll out a little more than half of the dough. Line a pie dish with it, leaving the edges raised by about 2 cm. Pour the meat and vegetable mixture on top, fold the edges over slightly, and moisten them lightly. Roll out the remaining dough to the size of the dish and place it on top as a lid. Prick the top several times with a fork. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C for around 30 minutes.
